What is your approach to treatment?

I utilize a variety of different treatment modalities and tailor them to your individual needs. My main approach is relational and interpersonal. Other common modalities I use include Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Process Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP). I also offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP) for medically approved individuals.

How much does therapy cost?

For individual psychotherapy; cost per 50 minute session is between $225 and $250. Sliding scale rates are reserved for low income/BIPOC folks and we are able to provide this to around 25% of our clientele. We also provide potential insurance reimbursement depending on your out of network benefits. Typically this is an option if your plan is a PPO with out of network benefits.

Couples and family therapy rates are $275 per 50 minute session.

Do you take insurance?

I currently am out of network with insurance plans but I can provide a superbill for reimbursement. You can also use Health Savings Account (HSA) for payment.
