What is your approach to treatment?

I utilize a variety of different treatment modalities and tailor them to your individual needs. Common modalities I use include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP).

How much does therapy cost?

For individual psychotherapy; cost per 50 minute session is $250. Sliding scale rates are available as well as potential insurance reimbursement depending on your out of network benefits.


Couples and family therapy rates are $275 per 50 minute session.

Do you take insurance?

I currently am out of network with insurance plans but I can provide a superbill for reimbursement. You can also use Health Savings Account (HSA) for payment.
