You deserve support. Here's how I can help:
My practice provides 1-1 therapy for Eating Disorders, OCD, Anxiety and/or Trauma. We work with kids, teens and adults. Therapy is a collaborative and active process that includes insight building, learning skills to recover as well as behavioral change. I always strive to meet clients where they are, as well as compassionately challenge harmful behaviors.
Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP)
Professional Consultation & Presentations
I offer professional consultation to other providers regarding Eating Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anti-Oppression based therapy. I also offer one hour trainings to treatment centers and group practices which includes a live Q&A.
I have three online, self paced courses if you're looking for more than therapy! My online courses include: Essential Skills for Eating Disorder Recovery (for folks in recovery as well as clinicians wanting to learn more), Treating Co-Occurring OCD with Eating Disorders (for ED clinicians) and The Mixed Experience Course (for mixed race folks wanting to connect to their mixed race identity as well as providers wanting to learn more about the mixed race population and special considerations for treatment). Click here to access my ED/OCD courses and here to access The Mixed Experience Course.
I am partnered with Journey Clinical, a team of medical professionals who can clinically evaluate and prescribe Ketamine treatment to clients seeking psychedelic assisted therapy. Together we collaborate to treat you holistically: they take care of the medical side while I act as your safe guide through the therapy side. Ketamine is FDA approved for medical use and has proven by various clinical trials to be an effective treatment for depression, anxiety and related conditions. It is especially known to help treat depression that has not previously responded to SSRI's and talk therapy alone. With over a year in experience in providing this service to my clients, I can tell you it is deeply beneficial for getting to root causes of certain mental health conditions. This service is not intended for folks with a history of psychosis or bipolar disorder.
