It takes so much courage to ask for help- we are so glad you are here. Our expertise includes treating Eating Disorders, Body Image Issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety. In additions, we commonly work with Neurodivergence, Chronic Illness, mental health issues specific to the BIPOC community and Perinatal Mental Health. With professional training and lived experience, we understand the unique challenges of recovery and how terrifying yet necessary it feels. We understand no two journeys are alike and provide a compassionate, individualized and agentic approach. We aim to empower you to define your own recovery, utilizing treatment modalities that feel right for you in addition to harm reduction strategies that honor your autonomy, safety and capacity.
We prioritize social justice in our work, understanding that systems like racism, anti-fatness and cis-hetero-patriarchy show up in the ways we treat our bodies and experience mental health struggles. These undoubtably show up in the mental health industry as well, and we aim to provide a more inclusive space.
