Welcome to eating disorder & OCD Therapy
Maybe you found your way here because..
You’re sick and tired of being in a constant loop of intrusive and obsessive thoughts but don’t know how to stop them.
You feel embarrassed or ashamed of the things your brain thinks and are scared to talk about them with people in your life, in fear of judgement and misunderstanding.
You’re missing out on life and avoiding things that feel important to you because of your Eating Disorder or OCD, but feel trapped in terms of how to change.
You feel like your whole world revolves around food and exercise- maybe your body got smaller, but so did your life.
You feel like no one truly gets how hard it is to just “give up” your eating disorder or OCD behaviors- you want relief, but don’t want to feel dismissed or forced.
If any of these land- you’re in the right place and you are not alone. It is absolutely possible to reclaim your life from a soul sucking Eating Disorder or OCD. We focus on both of these issues because they are so similar- they just manifest a bit differently. And, many people have both which further complicates treatment.
We help people heal from Eating Disorders, Body Image Issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Anxiety. In addition, we commonly work with Neurodivergence, Trauma, mental health issues specific to the BIPOC community and Perinatal Mental Health. With professional training and lived experience, we understand the unique challenges of recovery and how terrifying yet life changing it is. We understand no two journeys are the same and provide a compassionate and individualized approach to each client we work with. In our experience, lasting recovery involves getting to the root of your struggles and building self-trust; thus, we aim to empower you to define what healing looks like for you, utilizing a blend of evidence based treatment modalities in addition to harm reduction strategies that honor your autonomy, safety and capacity.
We prioritize social justice in our work- as we know that systems like racism, anti-fatness and cis-hetero-patriarchy show up in the ways we treat our bodies and experience mental health struggles (yes, OCD too)! These undoubtably show up in the mental health industry as well, and we aim to provide a more inclusive, empowering space. As intersectional therapists, we warmly embrace and affirm your diverse identities, including sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, race, ability, size and class. We don’t gatekeeper things like gender affirming care letters or accommodations request letters for school or work.
Take the first step towards healing and contact us today to schedule an appointment or get free 15-min Consultation . We offer in-person therapy in San Diego, CA as well as virtual therapy in all of CA, WA, UT and Florida. We would be absolutely honored to support you in your journey to recovery and liberation.

We have been in your shoes. Nothing is worse than realizing how much your Eating Disorder has taken from you. It is possible to reclaim your joy, time, self and relationships- we can help you get there!
OCD can make you feel like you are losing your mind.
Do you feel flooded with intrusive and unwanted images, thoughts or sensations?
Are you scared to tell people because you know it sounds odd or even disturbing?
Do you find yourself in a relentless battle of trying to make the thoughts go away- only to temporarily find relief until they come back even stronger?
Are you questioning if these intrusive thoughts mean something very real and bad about you?
If you answered yes to any of the above, you are in the right place. OCD is torturous. OCD is called the ‘doubting disorder’. It makes you question everything about yourself- wondering if you might actually be an awful or harmful person for having such disturbing thoughts. OCD attacks what we value MOST. That is why it feels so distressing. Therapy for OCD can help you find peace from the endless loop of obsessions and compulsions by building self trust, learning skills to cope with unwanted thoughts and ultimately, breaking the cycle by resisting the compulsions.
