Resources:
The resources included on this page are meant to be a supplement to individual therapy. They are not a substitute for a provider-patient relationship. However, we also recognize not everyone can access therapy and we hope these books, articles, podcasts and support group offerings can be of use for you. These are also great resources if you are a loved one of someone struggling with Eating Disorders and/or OCD and want to learn more. Please note that under the crisis hotlines tab, there are both traditional hotlines and non-carceral hotlines. Non-carceral hotlines do not engage in unwanted or forced police contact and many folks find this to be a safer option when seeking support. Please you at your own discretion. ED and OCD Therapy is not responsible for any outcomes related to using these resources.
