Our Values & Approach to therapy
Our therapeutic approach is compassionate, relational and individualized to meet your specific needs. We do not believe one size fits all when it comes to healing. We have a variety of advanced clinical skills to help you find freedom from Eating Disorders and/or OCD, however, we believe YOU are the real expert. We have knowledge and wisdom to share, of course. However, no one knows your unique needs and life circumstances like you do. We value client autonomy, collaboration, neurodivergent affirming practices and anti-oppressive therapy. We do not force or coerce you to do anything you do not want to do. We do not gate keep things like gender affirming healthcare letters, accommodation letters or treatment modalities. We believe with collaborative and radically compassionate care, secure attachment relationships can be formed in therapy and become the foundation of your healing journey.
Through the secure relationship between client and therapist, your healing process unfolds into exactly what it needs to be.
